Introduction:
Introduction Welcome to the Happiness Club at AIRSR! We believe that true success is not just measured by academic excellence but also by emotional well-being and personal growth. Our club is dedicated to creating a positive and uplifting environment where students, faculty, and staff can come together to foster happiness, mindfulness, and a sense of belonging. Through engaging activities, thought-provoking discussions, and community initiatives, we aim to make AIRSR a place where everyone can thrive with joy and positivity.
OBJECTIVES
- To organize activities that encourages mindfulness, positivity, and emotional wellness.
- To create a support system for students and faculty to share experiences and challenges.
- To promote mental health awareness and break the stigma associated with seeking help.
- To collaborate with experts for workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions on well-being.
- To foster a culture of gratitude, compassion, and social responsibility within AIRSR.
